CHICAGO: Green Thumb Industries introduced the appointments of 4 executive management positions and one new board member. Green Thumb Industries continues to actively recruit additional board members in preparation for its potential U.S. listing. These appointments will be efficient January 1, 2023.
The management promotions include Anthony Georgiadis to President, Matt Faulkner to Chief Financial Officer, and Bret Kravitz to General Counsel and Secretary, in addition to the appointments of Rachel Albert to Chief Administrative Officer and Dawn Wilson Barnes to the Company’s board of directors.

As President, Georgiadis will be accountable for all operational and monetary issues of the Company. His direct reports will include Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Senior Vice Presidents who oversee operational functions.
Georgiadis will proceed to work closely with Kovler on overall firm technique and operations, whereas permitting Kovler to focus greater consideration on capital allocation, strategic partnerships, model positioning, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions.
Georgiadis joined Green Thumb in 2015 and has performed an integral role in rising the Company into one of many main multi-state hashish operators within the U.S. Since 2017, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, directing the Company’s money flow and monetary planning whereas overseeing operations for different areas of the business.
