LONDON, UK: Merit Group Plc (AIM:MRIT), the data and intelligence business, introduced that it has today accomplished the disposal of the commerce and assets of Le Trombinoscope, a French language listing service publication focused on the French political landscape.
The enterprise was the one media title excluded from the Group’s recent disposal of its Media, Events and Training operations, in a transaction introduced in October and which accomplished on 30 November 2022.
In the year to March 2022 Le Trombinoscope had income of £0.3m and made a small loss at an EBITDA level. At 31 March 2022 the division had net assets of £0.1m and the consideration on sale is £0.1m. The disposal is not anticipated to have a materials impact on the monetary efficiency of the Group.
