Philip Brown appointed Chairman of Greenfern Industries Limited

AUCKLAND, NZ: Philip Brown has been appointed Chairman of NZX listed medicinal cannabis firm Greenfern Industries Limited. The role was vacated by Brent King who introduced his resignation on 31 October 2022.

Mr Brown holds a significant shareholding in and has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 12 July 2021.
