AUCKLAND, NZ: Philip Brown has been appointed Chairman of NZX listed medicinal cannabis firm Greenfern Industries Limited. The role was vacated by Brent King who introduced his resignation on 31 October 2022.
Mr Brown holds a significant shareholding in and has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 12 July 2021.

He holds a variety of directorships and is additionally a main shareholder in Trans-Tasman Resources which was recently acquired by ASX listed Manuka Resources and who’re seeking seabed mining consents within the South Taranaki bight.
